Responsibilities:

• Able to read blueprints proficiently
• Strong Attention to Detail and Ability to Multi-task
• Able to gather information and requirements from blueprints
• Able to use Standard Placing Practices
• Build and Maintain vendor and co-worker relationships
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards and practices
• Able to follow detailed instructions

Essential Qualifications:

• Two (2) plus years of experience or equivalent education
• Proficient ASA Estimating Program
• Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
• Estimating experience
• Strong Documentation Skills
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Skills:

• Field experience in construction reinforcement
• Two (2) plus years of experience in placing rebar
• Understanding of different construction structures (tilt ups, residence, commercial etc.)
• Standard estimating and/or detailing standards per C.R.S.I.
