The city of Beverly Hills takes great measure to provide safety and value for all their residents in the Trousdale Estates. In 2014 the Beverly Hills City Council implemented a series of measures to address large trucks traveling to/from construction sites in the area. Bellis Steel is the largest rebar steel company and one of the very few companies that have been certified to deliver and haul equipment in the Trousdales Estates area.
